I rather figured that is the way it is.

It guess I will have to live with RTF, as I do, as you said, like to add
addition information to the text, thus prohibiting the pdf format.

Horrid isn't it. That's the way it is with the RTF generation. You have
to 
add them yourself. You then have control over size and placement.

That's why I don't use RTF if I'm printing pictures. I edit in Legacy
and 
use PDF - which doesn't help if you want to add extra General Pages etc.
