Thank you, but I cannot find a "filter options" tab. I have tried name list > options and to do > options. When I go into To Do, on the right under the three icons for paste and load to clipboard, etc, it says "viewing unfiltered list." No luck thus far. I would be very grateful f you can tell me how to find the filter options tab step by step, but I am afraid the problem is elsewhere. Any further ideas?
