I can't reproduce this.
My File ID numbers are only printing when I tick "Include the File ID number" on the Sources Tab of the Report Options.
You could try deleting the relevant .usr files in the Legacy program folder. They have obvious names related to the report type. It should be sufficient to simply use the Reset button in the Report Options but like all computer things, sometimes this doesn't appear to work.
