Roy,

On the descendant book options tab

Click Report Options
Click the Fonts tab

You can set the font and size used for Notes. if you really want to keep
alignment, select a fixed width font such as courier.

Subject: [LegacyUG] PDF Report Formatting

I am preparing a Descendant Book and have several tab delimited tables
(mostly census) in my notes. However, when I create the PDF output, the
tables are not alligned properly.

I thought if I formatted the tables in MS word using the same font and size
as the ultimate PDF output and imported that into my Legacy notes, the
tables would format properly. I can come close but it still takes several
iterations to get it correctly formatted. Does anyone know the exact font
and size used by the PDF generating program?

Short of that, what is the easiest way to handle tables in generating Legacy
reports?

Thanks in advance,

Roy Leggitt
