I just went back to check and for some reason, I didn't receive your
response in October. I apologise for jumping to conclusions.

I believe that my friend was using Acrobat Reader v6. (Whereas you used
v5.) She said at the time she had no trouble with other PDF files.

Since there is so much confusion now with different version of Acrobat -
I don't know which version any recipient of my files might be using to
read them - I will still avoid generating any in Legacy.

Following your post back then, Dennis, I stopped producing PDF files
from
Legacy as I have no confidence they will be error free.

I had sent a friend Legacy generated PDF files and she could read some
and
not others. I sent the offending ones to Sherry, but didn't get a reply.
