I actually use Surety Level 0 to identify definitely wrong entries. I doubt that this was what was originally intended, but so far it seems to work ok for me. I've defined each level formally to ensure I use them consistently.

The other thing that would be nice for source suriety is to have a known wrong setting. If the birth certificate is known to be wrong, you can cite that as a source and say it is definitely wrong, and enter the correct date - with a valid source of course!
