Rob et al,
I agree the "Evidence!" is an extremely useful book. Elizabeth
Shown Mills is currently working on a revised edition that will
include examples for citation formats for both electronic
sources and countries other than the United States.

I have learned about this on the APG mailing list at RootsWeb,
which is open to anyone, you do not need to be a member of the
APG [Association of Professional Genealogists], or even a
professional, to join the list. But many well-respected
professional genealogists are on the list, and provide extemely
interesting and inciteful discussions, which I enjoy immensely.
