Elizabeth Shown Mills is currently working on a revised edition that will include examples for citation formats for both electronic sources and countries other than the United States. I have learned about this on the APG mailing list at RootsWeb, which is open to anyone, you do not need to be a member of the APG [Association of Professional Genealogists], or even a professional, to join the list. But many well-respected professional genealogists are on the list, and provide extemely interesting and inciteful discussions, which I enjoy immensely.
