It appears that you are using a proportional-pitch font (such as Arial or Times New Roman) for your Notes fields. These fonts will rarely line-up properly when inserting spaces, and they will "never" look exactly the same on the screen and when printed.
To get things to align exactly, you will probably have to use a fixed-pitch font (such as Courier) on both the screen display and the report. That should keep them both looking the same.
