I had exactly the same problem, so I turned of the Norton firewall, and it installed ok.

I just updated .202 to .203 in under a minute and got no errors. Maybe it was a connection hiccup. I've got the Deluxe, so used the Internet > Check for Legacy Update. Is that how you did it?
