I had that problem a couple of weeks ago, when I
uploaded the program to my new computer.  It never
happened before, either with the original file or
upgrades.

I tried installing it several times.  It never
installed in the directory the .exe was in, but always
created a Legacy directory on C:.

I was about to download the new upgrade, and thought
I'd check the UG list to see if anyone is having a
similar problem . . .
