Ruth Ann, One other user has reported this error message and I haven't been able to duplicate it. Did you use the default fonts in Legacy to create the charts/reports? If not, please contact me off list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Acrobat Reader 5.0.1 won't read them. Acrobat Reader 6.0 won't read them (just spent over an hour waiting for it to download). I am Windows 98SE so Acrobat Reader 7.0 is not a possibility. Besides, I expect to send these to people who won't necessarily have 7.0. Error message is something about font not set. I tried 4 different reports (Ancestor chart, Ancestor (formerly Ahnantafel) report, descendant report, and pedigree chart). Same on all. I'd hoped to send off an interim report to a cousin - I guess it will have to wait.
