Hi Ruth,

If you use the Legacy "Alternate Names" function it will list the names
under the heading of AKA - you can add any number of Alternate first names,
nicknames, surnames etc.  It looks much neater than having all the names
print out every time that person is referenced.

If you're not familiar with this function, when the Individual's Information
box is open, it's the first icon after the Surname.
