Well said, like you I am new to Legacy and my previous programs did not have a user group also I have used legacy support wish to report 100% satisfied.
My knowledge of a user group is a means to collectively formulate suggestion of changes in the software for the overall good of the software and the users. Reading all the e-mails sent on behalf of users gives me the impression of bunch of individuals with problems going round in a circle and getting no ware. We should speak as one voice because divided we will fall.
