You can create your own label - "Partner". OPen the Marriage Information screen. Click the arrow at the right hand edge of the Status box. You will be presented with the current relationship labels. Click on the "add" button and create whatever label you would like. You can also change the report wording at the bottom of the Marriage Information screen. Unfortunately, as mentioned by Cathy, if you want the report NOT to include a sentence that says (something like) The children of this marriage ..... you need to use the Status label of "Unmarried", and use the wording options to designate Partner or whatever.
