This should work.
Try rebooting your computer. If that doesn't work, close Legacy and navigate to where Legacy is stored on your computer.
Let's say you have it in C:\Program Files\Legacy.
Using My Computer, navigate to this directory. Create a new folder and call it TEMP
Move all your files in the Legacy folder that have an extension of USR into the TEMP folder.
Now restart Legacy. If it still does not work, try reinstalling the program.
