You mentioned that when you preview the report, it is blank. I can easily
reproduce this by adjusting the filter options to such that there are no
records that match the criteria.

For example, if, on the Filter Options tab of the 'To-Do List Report
Options' screen, I have Research and Correspondence NOT marked, but 'Other'
is marked, then when I preview the report, it is blank. This is because I
don't have any to do items that are marked as Other.

Please try reviewing your filter options, then let us know.

We should probably display some message that the filter conditions produce
no results.

Subject: [LegacyUG] HOW DO I PRINT THE "TO DO LIST"?

Can anyone tell me how to get the "To Do Lists" to
print?

I have searched the manual and training CDs. I have
tried all the options available and all the
combinations I can come up with and nothing works.

I can't even get a "print preview" much less print out
a paper copy. I don't know if I am doing something
wrong or not doing something, but the thing doesn't
work.

I was really counting on this feature of Legacy. I
need to print out "To Do Lists" showing the locality,
the repository and then the individual, in that order
of priority, for starters.

Thanks for any suggestions.
