I'm sorry I can't give you any help on your computer problem, but could I ask that you turn off your request for a receipt upon reading your messages? next, good thing that I did a back-up just before installing the 26-03-2005
update. I've sent a fault report to Legacy, will wait for a reply, I'm

as you can see I'm a newbee, and already I'm calling on you guys to help, My problem is this :- I downloaded the latest update yesterday and after installing, the following occurred, when opening my Legacy Deluxe, itto the Family View screen and before the tips window pops-up the whole
screen freezes, I can only close the program by restarting my computer, an
error window then opens which reads, "Run Time Error 402," and that I must
close or hide the Modal at the top. I went to the Help on Line page and
tried the repairs mentioned etc, but nothing is working, can someone help
please??!
