I have done the same thing and it really helps to keep the messages logically organized. I don't have to pay attention to the portion of the subject that contains which list the message is from.

I've created a "Legacy" folder. A rule I've created in Outlook moves all of the LegacyUG messages to it so I can read them at my leisure without cluttering my inbox.
