I sure hope I am not being a pain but I have lots of questions at this point
In watching tyhe tutorial on th organizing od documentations, it appeared to me that a mariage (MRIN number) would be a specific number FROM RIN numbers? What I mean is, I thought that the number 50 if assigned to a marraige (MRIN) wouldnot be assigned as an RIN? If this is not true, how do you file things as they sugest? Hope that makes sense.
