OH, ok NOW I understand a lot more about why when things are fixed or improved, frequently other things get broken. There is no beta testing of Legacy. Beta testing, done even by the folks who write FTM, involves public exposure of the software to real world use by users, not devlopers or even development testers. It recognizes that real users frequently use software in ways that do not occur to the developers of new software or even software testers. What Sherry has described is an internal alpha testing program, and certainly is not like any beta testing program I've ever been involved with. jr Legacy User Group Etiquette guidelines can be found at: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp To find past messages, please go to our searchable archives at: http://www.mail-archive.com/legacyusergroup%40mail.millenniacorp.com/ To unsubscribe please visit: http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/LegacyLists.asp
