Thanks for the suggestions. I see how to do a print out using the Search
function and the report that can be designed from that screen.

Is it possible to do the Location Report using the people with a given tag?
I can search on/show list of everyone in Vermont. What I want to do next is
print the people in that list with tag 1 (direct line ancestors). Can I do
that? If so, how?

If it can be done but requires multiple searches, please be very specific in
your instructions. I am having difficulty finding specific directions in the
manual or online help that deal with focus groups, search, save, load - I am
totally confused. I am surprised this hasn't been easier to figure out.

I thought wanting a list of direct ancestors by location would be a fairly
common need and therefore easy to do in Legacy.

I am using Legacy 5 Deluxe (Oct 2004 build)

Thanks
JH Todd
