I hadn't noticed that before. I was refrring to the Loand and Save in Report settings.

With the Individual Notes having Read and Write buttons, I suppose the Marriage Notes Load button should therefore be changed to Read when the Save button is changed to Write ...

I admit two "Save" buttons is a little confusing but as noted before they do serve different functions. The one paired with "Load" is consistently named with all other places in Legacy where you can Load or Save settings or to external files.

Two Save buttons on the Marriage Notes screen? Perhaps this has already been reported, although I couldn't find a reference to it at the company's site nor in the archives. I am using Legacy v. 5.0.0.226, build from 14 Apr,
Windows XP.

re: Marriage notes, saving - - - it only mentions a Write button.
"Saving Notes to a Disk File
You can save a note field to a text file by clicking the Write button. Legacy prompts for a filename and location and then saves the entire note
field contents to an ASCII text file."

But there is no Write button on my Marriage Notes screen. There are, however, two Save buttons. The one at the top saves within the program; the one fourth from the bottom saves to a text file. (Buttons available are Save, Cancel - Clear, Spell Check, Wordwrap - Load, Save, Print, Zoom, and
Help.)

Will the second button be renamed Write or is this the way it is supposed to
be? Is anyone else seeing this?

Nina
