Hi Ed

Are you saying that even when you are on yourself, your parents and
grandparents, etc, you still get 'not in current ancestor line' ? If the box
is blank it means that the person is not in one of your direct lines.  On
the screens for your direct lines that box should be coloured depending on
which line you are looking at, and hovering the mouse over it should tell
you which line you have on screen. eg "fathers line"
