Henry, In the Individual Information screen, click the "+" to the right of the burial date/place -- gives you places to enter Burial Address, Burial Notes and Burial Picture. Sounds like Burial Notes might work for your information.
HOWEVER, I believe there is an outstanding bug that Burial Notes don't print anywhere. I know it's been discussed (people had wanted to enter directions to the cemetery in the Notes and then print them out for multiple cemeteries to take with them on vacation last summer), and I haven't seen it listed as a fix in releases since then.
