You can't get a list like that as far as I can see.
All locations have a short location entered - but unless you've adjusted it, it is the same as the long location entry.

You can make global changes using search and replace to change States to State Code etc. Just make sure you are working on the short location name and replacing just the text you search for and not the whole field.
If you're not confident you can OK each one rather than using Replace all.

Under Options in the Location Master List, there is also another way to expand or contract location names exchanging words for codes or vice versa. This may be all you require.
