Yes, I seem to remember someone having the "grayed out" problem on a report earlier this summer. I think the resolution then was also to delete a .usr file. I wonder what causes them to get "tied up" so to speak...Sherry? In the meantime, I guess I should familiarize myself with these .usr files, to be prepared when I run into the "grayed out" problem...
