I'm sorry for my late comments on this issue.

I had locations set up all over the place. I used Generations before and it did not provide a mechanism to have a structured format.

I changed to the Legacy style so I could use the location database. If I have an address, I put this in before the standard location formatting.

All my data ia from Australia or the UK. So all my locations are city, county or state, , country. If I add a street address, it is added to the front of the location. This means it does not show up in the order I would like - Bethedsa Hospital, Marrickville, New South Wales, , Australia will not be in the same area of the list as Marrickville, New South Wales, , Australia. However, this is a sort issue and I read somewhere Legacy was going to provide reverse order - starting from the last entry not the first.

I don't know why yet, but I think it is a good idea to keep it in a format that the locattion database can find.
