Thanks Steve. I think that is exactly what I'm doing.
But my point was that the preferred parents are so-called "set" by the same procedure as viewing the parents. We should be able to permanently set the preferred set for reports, and have that stick regardless of which parents I last viewed as I was working with the file. At least, I don't think we can do that.
