First you need the deluxe version. If you have it on CD you can
use the CD to access or install on your hard drive. If not here
is how to do it over the internet.
Open the master location list.
Click on the world icon in the lower right (tool tip will say
show geo location list).
That will begin the setup and in stage two it will take you to
the download site.
Download the region(s) you want then follow the rest of the Geo
Location set up procedure to make the files usable.

There are separate files for each of six regions.
