HELP. IGI. Everytime I attempt tp import a GeoLocation file, I'm told it

out of date and that I should download a later one from the net.
WHERE?
I appaarently can't do IGI without the database, but can't get them.
I know I'm getting older and more stupid but this frustraation isn't
making
me younger or smarter.
I would ssincerely appreciate some help.
