Dennis,

I created a Basic gedcom using a small file with those three elements. I
don't see title prefix and suffix, I do see cause of death and the marriage
event.

In a second test, I selected Events and Medical Notes to exclude from the
gedcom and they were.

I'll pass my sample gedcoms on to Dave for a fix. I would expect that only
Birth, Burial, Christening, Death, marriage, Name, Gender, Date, Husband,
Place and Wife tags would be exported in the Basic gedcom

Thanks for using Legacy.

I am also getting Marriage Events in a "Basic" GEDCOM export. Is this
supposed to happen?

Another question...

Should Title Prefix and Suffix be exported in a "Basic" GEDCOM export?

Subject: [LegacyUG] GEDCOM Export Question...

A question for the Legacy developers...

Is a GEDCOM export of the "Basic" tags supposed to include the CAUS (Cause
of
Death) tag?
