Gene You seem to have something there. I've found that the effect is intermittent - ie sometimes I can "cancel" out of the Notes and sometimes I get the warning window and it seems to be person specific. I went to one person where I always got the problem and checked if I had any of the text in bold. There wasn't, but I selected all the text, made it bold and then turned bold off and saved the Notes. Now there isn't a problem with that person.
I'd better raise a fault report to Sherry. On the same subject of Notes. The shortcut "Esc" no longer gets me out of the Notes screen. It just doesn't do anything. "Esc" still works to cancel out of the Individual's Information screen and some others, but not Notes. Trying the same thing from the Marriage screen, I get a warning "beep". If I remove the bold I don't have the problem anymore, put it back and trouble returns.
