He probably signed up for the list, and I know Millennia will unsub him
after the weekend. Think about it, he did this at a good time for him- new
product out, email activity sky high, weekend and Millennia won't "catch"
him until Monday or Tuesday.

Until Millennia corrects it, the best thing to do is not to respond (which I
am violating here), and just delete all his emails. I have my filters set to
auto-delete him and I never see it.
