Jon- I agree with you on manuals, it made it much easier to deal with. I
actually still occasionally take the softbound ones to the local copy store
and have them cut the binding off and 3 hole punch it if there is enough of
a margin :) and hubby has them spiral bind books that he knows he'll access
enough to wear through the spine on. :)
