Donna, I have to interject. I have only 368Mb RAM and a 1.2 Celeron running XP Pro SP2 - no problems whatever with Legacy v6. I also have Outlook, Dreamweaver and Word permanently running, with PaintShop Pro a lot of the time, concurrently with Legacy. It would seem there is some other conflict responsible for your problems.
