Hi Tony,

I enter an address in the event by clicking the icon of a house with what
looks like a mobile phone. I enter an address in the format of

Name = [[Cardfiff, 33 Newport Rd]] (by using the square brackets this does
not print.

Address = 33 Newport Rd

This fits with the way I do locations (you should do a search of the archive
to see my description of what I do). Basically all my locations are 4
placeholders i.e. Cardiff, Glamorganshire, Wales, UK.
I use the address fileds to supplement the location.

Hope that helps a little.

Hi Keith,

Tried you approach as it seems to be an improvement on what I do. In
particular I like the address option, however, I can't get it to work.
 I've modified the sentence per your example and entered the address
on the event screen, but it doesn't show . Where do you enter the
address?

Regards

Tony
