Hi Matt,
I attach family group pictures to a Marriage Event for the relevant
family. eg for a group of cousins, I put it in the Marriage
(understood Family) Events for the grandparents.
Some such events in my family file are imaginatively called Family Photo ;-)
You can add info about the occasion, if known, in the notes.

BTW, the documentation says you can highlight multiple individuals
in the Picture Center and attach them all at once. This does not
work. The Ctrl button doesn't work, to highlight multiple items at once.
