generally each of her eggs is different.


A man's sperm aren't all alike. Take the case of a blue-eyed mother and a brown-eyed father with a recessive blue-eyed gene. If the father's sperm were all alike, all of their children would have the same eye color. It wouldn't be possible to have a brown-eyed child and a blue-eyed child from that union. I know for a fact that it's possible to have a brown-eyed and blue-eyed child from such a union :)
