What you could do is in the Ancestor Book -> Heading Layout is set
the option to have Generation Titles to "By Relationship" or "Both" ...

Hi Ruth,
I expect you mean the Relationship to someone (the starting person
of the report? yourself?) for every person mentioned. If so, this
isn't available in Book Reports.
However, you can include relationship (to starting person) in the
subtitles throughout the report. See the Heading Layout tab.
