Are you trying to export? You should everyone in either the Family View or
the Pedigree View.

Sounds like a setting issue to me. Just as a test, first close Legacy,
then navigate to where Legacy is installed using Explorer.
I have mine in C:\Program Files\Legacy 6\
Create a temporary folder called Temp in the same folder that Legacy
resides. Then move all the USR files to this Temp folder.
Once you have done this, restart Legacy and see if this rectifies the
problem.
Caution: Any settings you once had will be undone temporarily as Legacy
will recreate the necessary USR files from default settings. I'm
thinking the problem will either be in the Ances.usr or Legacy.usr file.
The only reason I ask you to move all the usr files to the temp
directory is so that you can start from fresh. then eliminate when you
bring them back across.
