Gail, I'm not familiar with PC-cillin but usually there is an option to have
custom settings per application. Make sure Legacy.exe has full access
authorisation.

Keith, I think you're right and that it must be due to my firewall settings.

I use PC-cillin from Trend Micro.  Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to let

this go through and still have my firewall up.  Maybe I can contact them to 
see if there is a way around this.
