This is not an uncommon practice is any business.
Depending on when you first purchased merchandise
there is an expiration date to future transactions.
However, I first purchased Legacy v2 and within a
month v3 was released and I did receive a free upgrade
to Legacy v3.

report. Now the delay is with Legacy 6 book options

Maybe I am too impatient but I don't think I would put
a project on hold for any length of time waiting for
options that were not guaranteed.
