LeRoy,
Mixed up book items seem to show in Legacy 6 when some items are removed and 
new ones added, but haven't found a specific pattern. Might be necessary to 
start over with a new book if you change your mind about the reports and see 
a preview with mixed up items.

Hadn't noticed Table of Contents at the front of RTF report before. The 
title page has part of the first report on it using the sample file.

Table of Contents for reports saved as PDF always appears just before the 
index in a Preview and it doesn't have a page number. That affects the 
layout of following pages for two-sided printing methods.

Watch for double names in the index if a Legacy book includes charts and
