For the time being, if you are creating a .pdf book, and the Table of
Contents is in the back, feel free to send it to me personally and I'll move
it to the front of the .pdf.

Thank you for the information.  I hadn't noticed that there was no page
number on the TOC as I was simply looking in preview mode.  I can see how
this method will work for printed copies and agree that it continues to be a
problem in the PDF version.  Any solutions there?
