I like Legacy just the way it is --

Everything under one directory, with sub-directories for data, pictures etc, 
and NOT program under program files, and data somewhere else. 

It makes backups a cinch, for a start - just copy the Legacy directory to CD 
or DVD, as is, and you've got the lot -- no need to go unting on diffrerent 
disks or paritions for buits of data you may have forgotten. 

Having pictures in a picture directory means you can put them in different 
reports without having to have speapare copies kept with each individual's 
data -- Codd's ;aw and all that. 

When you do a report, they ARE embedded.
