Thanks for the help, for some reason family search did not have my
membership information I also had to email them because my husbands wasn't
working. the problem was that we changed our email address and so couldn't
send for a password request.

I had the same problem - in family search select the ordinance selection -
let the field come up and then click again and the second field will
produce ordinance data. I work between Legacy and lds.org checking for
information- switching from one to another and filling in information as I
go along.

When I do a search for temple ordinances either on family search or in
Legacy even though my sign in has been accepted the ordinances do not
