Thank you, Dave. I figured using the "onDate" command would take care of this but I see now I understand why one might choose to leave "on" out of reports. Dave to the rescue!

Check your settings > Options > Customize > View > Preposition Before
Full Dates on Reports.

I know it's crazy, and it's not where you'd expect a "Date" or
"Report" option to be hiding!  But that where someone decided it
belonged.
