It seems to me that if this sentence were placed in "If only Desc and Date filled", the ELSE would never be triggered (because, by definition, DESC IS FILLED). As a matter of fact, the only one that actually makes any sense is :IF [Notes]. Or am I missing something? -- Dennis M.
