Hi Elsie,
wrt to your large black fonts I have had the same since (I think)
the last but one update. I have tried all ways of reverting to
regular fonts without success and did mention this in a recent email
to the UG without response. Hope you have better luck.
Sorry don't use notebook so can't help you there either.

Subject: [LegacyUG] small font on Family view; sharing database
Hi, Since I loaded Legacy, I have had a large bold font on the
Family View. Last night for some reason, it changed to a small
font, which I like very much. So I went into Customize and looked
at the font page and it said 6-99, etc. I didn't change anything.
Then I went immediately back to the Family view and there was the
large bold font again. Arg.. This morning I opened Legacy and I
have the small font. What am I doing and how can I keep the small
font (it allows me to see more of the children's lines when I have
15 children visible)?
Next question. I use my database on a notebook. I share files with
my husband on his notebook. We have file sharing turned on for my
database. Whenever he tries to open the latest update of my file on
his laptop, he only gets an old version, he cannot get the current
one through file sharing. Again, what am I doing wrong?
Thanks for putting up with me.
