Steve, Which word processor used to print the rtf report? Were you using a page-turning printing method or printing one side? With or without pictures? My current printer color ink jet is rated at 10 pages per minute but the page-turning module allows ink drying time. A draft copy on one side of the paper would be faster but not a good looking keeper.
PDF version of the Legacy 6 book will have Table of Contents just ahead of the index without a page number.
